Béchamel

Béchamel - one of the two classic white french sauces. It’s a little stringy because I converted it to a Mornay for a cauliflower gratin.

  • Whole Milk

  • Gluten-Free Flour

  • Butter

  • Pepper

The gluten free flour worked better than expected. Lost a lot of sauce to the skimming process.
